STB-Proekt provides a full range of services for the design and approval of residential, public, and industrial buildings. We are engaged in reconstruction of historical buildings and structures, as well as interiors of various types of buildings.

We implement international projects
Our company is adept at dialogue and collaboration with foreign companies.
In collaboration with Accor Group (France), one of the major hotel operators in the European market, we designed and launched the Ibis hotel in Irkutsk. The building's safety has been confirmed by auditors from ARUP. This means that the technological solutions proposed by STB-Proekt meet international standards.
In Vladivostok, a 5-star hotel is being constructed, for which we prepared the project in cooperation with OKURA, one of the largest and oldest hotel chains in Japan. The distinguishing feature of the hotel is its focus on the luxury segment.
During the design of the "Silver Mall" shopping and entertainment center, we collaborated with the leading British studio AirDesign. The result of our joint efforts is a cutting-edge interior, advanced innovative technologies, as well as a high level of comfort and safety.
Another collaborative project is a multifunctional residential complex in Irkutsk. We are implementing this project together with Japanese architects from Kengo Kuma & Associates, which is ranked among the top 20 in the world.

Our specialists are capable of designing projects of any complexity. We have implemented a number of technically complicated projects with special responsibility, such as a technologically advanced medical center with a hospital and diagnostic department, several schools, 5-star hotels, and large-scale facilities with mass occupancy. Additionally, we have experience in airport design.
We work with BIM
Specialists from all departments work with Revit, a multi-disciplinary software based on BIM technology. The integrated system of comprehensive design allows employees to work within a single model. This automation process minimizes errors and reduces design time.
Awards
In 2014, the project of the 5-level shopping center "Fashion Quarter" became the laureate of the annual professional award in the field of commercial real estate, the Commercial Real Estate Awards. The project was recognized as the best small shopping center that meets the modern requirements of commercial real estate development.
Furthermore, throughout its operation, STB-Proekt has repeatedly become the winner of the interregional architectural festival "Architecture of Eastern Siberia" and the leader in the independent national architectural rating "Zolotaya Kapitel".

The V Review-Competition "Urban Development" Irkutsk 2013
On June 5, 2013, in Irkutsk, as part of the XIII Interregional Festival "Architecture of Eastern Siberia," the V Review-Competition "Urban Development. Irkutsk" was opened. The competition took place from June 5 to 8 in the form of an exhibition showcasing implemented and unrealized urban planning, architectural projects, urban design projects, and monumental-decorative art. The Review-Competition of achievements in urban development and architecture in the regions of Eastern Siberia traditionally takes place once every two years. In 2013, for the first time, the competition combined urban planning and architecture projects.

Architectural festival GOLDEN CAPITAL
Since 1996, the annual competition "Golden Capital" has been held in Novosibirsk, initiated by the Novosibirsk State Architectural Academy. Starting from 2007, the competition has become the main event of the architectural festival "Golden Capital," and since 2013, it has transformed into the Independent National Architectural Ranking. The mission of the "Golden Capital" festival is as follows: Creating an external organizing agent, a platform where participants in urban development activities such as architects, citizens, business circles, and authorities can freely and concretely express their opinions.
